My creativity has always been my defining attribute. Since early childhood in Boston, MA,  my hobbies and talents had always been dictated by my creative spirit. My parents were first to notice my artistic gifting in the doodles I would draw as a child, and this encouraged me to draw more and develop my ability. I knew that as a "grown-up" I didn't want to narrow my artistic range to simply drawing pictures though, although I knew I enjoyed engaging people visually.   It was not only through drawing and computer graphics that my creative passions were realized.
My creativity flourished in highschool where I would dedicate time, money, and my artistic eye to create flashy outfits for each school day. I would play basketball in these same outfits. On court I was the basketball teams captain in school, but off court I was named best dressed, the superlative of all things fashionable. During the actual school day I was quickly and enthusiastically learning the basics of graphic design.
Upon enrolling in college my career goals were clear; I chose graphic design as my major. Per usual, my creativity would expand into new avenues in this new, post-secondary environment. I gained a reputation as an on-campus barber, combining my graphic and visual knowledge to my clients haircuts, while channeling my work ethic from barbering to my freelance work as a designer in college. Now I am committed to continuing to engage people with my creative versatility, gained from my many sources of inspiration, through graphic design and communication.
